How do I track my order?
Once you have made an order, you will recieve a serial number via email within two days that can be tracked through UPS or postal service.
What are your delivery options?
There are two different delivery options available:

Normal shipping- You wilcieve your delivery in three to five business days.

Express shipping- You will recieve your delivery overnight
Shipping and delivery fees willl vary based on purchases
Do you provide International delivery?
Delivery is only available in the United States.
What is your returns policy?
For full refund, there is a 14 day return policy

Will Hibbett sponsor or donate money to my team or organization?
Hibbett receives a large number of requests for donations, event sponsorships, team sponsorships and other various requests. We are unable to fulfill every request; therefore, it would be unfair to grant a few while refusing others. It is our policy not to sponsor individual teams and organizations.
